Job Description: Job Description The Virtual Commissioning Manager job will include overseeing the management, execution, adherence of automated system to design rates and performance, as well as collaborating with vendors to develop new vendor solutions. As part of the commissioning, the Manager will coordinate with Corporate Electrical standard teams to test PLC/HMI design functionality. The Manager will need to effectively communicate cross-functionally the results of the test, maintain project schedule, and help address all deficiencies found. Must have excellent written and oral communications, and previous experience managing large teams.

Knowledge and Skills · Project Planning: Develops, manages, and executes project management objectives for multiple projects of varying scope and duration. · Training and Development: Daily interaction with their team members to ensure each person is knowledgeable to accomplish their assigned task; up to date on compliance training, emerging technology, process changes and software usage. · Presentation Skills: Managers are responsible for presenting test results across all phases of development to Senior management and Staff. · Business, Financial, and Industry Knowledge: Demonstrates a high-level understanding of UPS and/or customers’ organizations; identifies the organizational structure and functions within a business. · Estimation and Forecasting Knowledge: Specifies facts, research, and perspectives necessary to make projections; analyzes statistics and qualitative information within specified parameters; research trends and conditions used to make projections. Specific Software/Application experience · Proficient in Microsoft Excel advanced 2D and 3D drafting, utilizing Autodesk products: · AutoCAD, Architecture, Inventor with Factory Design Utilities, Navisworks Manage and Docs. SolidWorks experience is optional. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook)
