Assist with warehouse/inventory management work as needed. What you will bring: GED or High School Diploma required. Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety. Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations. Compensation: From $44,500 and up based on experience and will include a monthly incentive plan of 15%. Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
