This is a full-time on-site position located in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Organize, implement, and maintain all accounting procedures. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices. Generate error-free financial reports and assist in tax audits and returns. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems for efficiency Take charge of all office equipment, phones, and computer systems. Organize and maintain office functions, including records/files, mail, and equipment. Coordinate support for weekly projects and programs, liaising with vendors.
