About the Role

The Lead Financial Accountant will be a key player in the corporate environment of a leading organization that values its workforce and clientele. This role offers a supportive culture and excellent benefits.

We seek a seasoned accounting expert with over five years of experience in crafting financial statements, executing financial reporting, demonstrating robust account reconciliation capabilities, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly closing process, including the preparation of journal entries.
  • Conduct complex reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review intricate monthly financial statements.
  • Analyze transactions and general ledger accounts for precision.
  • Guarantee compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Support audit processes.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle software is advantageous.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
