The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director to support the Houston and Central Texas homebuilding divisions by assisting in the day-to-day administration of the marketing department, specifically as it relates to the launch and maintenance of regional and corporate initiatives.
This role is located at our Empire division office in Houston, TX.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field of study
0-3 years of marketing experience, beneficial if real estate or homebuilding related
A valid driver's license and the ability to work weekends when required for events
Bonus If You Have These Skills:
Experience using social media platforms in a professional setting
Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office. Asana, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite and preferred. A technical aptitude to learn new or customized programs quickly is important

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
Work closely with the in-house corporate marketing team under the guidance of the Marketing Director to create marketing collateral, templates, signage, etc
Update and maintain website and social media presence at a community and home-specific level, ensuring accuracy of our online presence
Maintain an annual marketing calendar at a regional and community level
Manage off-site signage map and conduct quarterly audit
Execute community opening and close-out processes
Liaise with the sales, marketing and leadership teams to ensure clear communication of department initiatives
