Director of Warehouse Operations Job Description The position of Director of Warehouse Operations is a key critical role in supporting our long term business strategies and goals. Experience and skills 10 years managerial experience within a fast paced, high service distribution or manufacturing facility, across a broad spectrum of operational functions. End-to-end business process knowledge, to enable effective engagement across all departments. Deep understanding and experience of using Warehouse Management Systems and integrated Automated equipment. Strong Operational/ People leadership skills, with direct experience of developing talent and building employee engagement. Highly developed influencing and communication skills, with capability to deliver across a matrix with direct and indirect teams Effective planning project management skills, ability to problem solve, prioritize actions and deliver step-change performance through others Must have strong teamwork, organizational, and analytical skills, with a practical knowledge of using presenting and analyzing tools and applications.
