Are you ready to take the next step and join a growing Internal Medicine and Oncology team?AVIM&O Annapolis is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist interested in collaborating with our Internists and Oncologists to provide excellent client care. At AVIM&O, you will be responsible for the following:Providing excellent customer supportEmbracing a team environmentAttending daily roundsClient education and salesManaging multi-line phone systemsAssisting with appointmentsPotential cross training to perform safe, low stress patient handlingOther client service related dutiesMaintaining hospital cleanlinessYou'll need to be professional, trustworthy, punctual, and love working in a specialty environment You will take this opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve well above average results. Compensation is based on experience and positive attitude within the work environment.At AVIMO Annapolis, you will work directly with a team of board certified internal medicine and oncology veterinarians. As well a great team of registered and senior veterinary technicians and client service representatives. AVIMO-Annapolis is part of the Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center which is the premier veterinary specialty center in the area. Our team works directly with the other specialty services like surgery, neurology, cardiology, eye care, and the AAVEC emergency team.
