Veterinary Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Client Care Specialist to join our team at the Animal Dental Center in Annapolis, MD. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client relationships, building trust and rapport with our clients, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate client appointments, surgeries, and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and our veterinary team.
- Process client payments, manage client accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with client education, providing information on our services, and promoting our hospital's mission and values.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary reception or client services role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software, including practice management systems and medical records.
