About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting our veterinarians and veterinary technicians, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Support our veterinarians and veterinary technicians with daily tasks, including preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and client care
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting, preferably in a client-facing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
