Manage new hire paperwork for bi-weekly and weekly staff, including data entry into Workday for payroll and employment tracking. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with organizational goals. Identify and address training and development needs, coordinating suitable programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital. Direct HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and talent development programs. Analyze HR metrics and trends to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop corresponding action plans. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and overseeing HR policies, programs, and practices. Contribute to HR projects and the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and practices. Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes. Manage a regional group of HR professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure consistent and effective HR practices across the region. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or an MBA is preferred. 5-7 years of demonstrated HR leadership experience as an HR Director or similar role. Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Colorado region, with knowledge of local employment conditions and legal requirements. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications; familiarity with Workday is advantageous. In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations. Strong leadership abilities coupled with strategic thinking. Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
