Your Role: As the Regional Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Regional Operations, Americas. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the execution of the Global Quality Management Strategy (QA & QC) while fostering a robust quality culture within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the formulation of the Global Quality policy, processes, and requirements. Represent QA/QC in regional operational meetings and integrate quality strategies into projects to achieve quality objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee Quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with requirements and assessing the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) at both site and regional levels.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training on quality requirements to site QA managers and process owners, ensuring the implementation of quality standards and processes.
- Quality Assurance: Lead internal audits and validation trials, analyze audit results, and plan preventive actions at the regional level to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- People Development: Manage annual HR processes within the regional QA organization, collaborate with HR partners to identify and nurture talent, and lead the development of QA professionals in the region.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing or plant operations.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems and related risk assessments.
