The Webb School seeks an experienced professional for the Director of Family Giving position within the Alumni and Development Office. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in fundraising, community engagement, and/or sales. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably for a school or non-profit organization. Position Summary The Director of Family Giving is a key member of the Alumni and Development team and is responsible for fundraising, planning, and implementing programs that strategically engage Webb families through institutional support and service. This position also serves as the primary liaison between the Webb School Parents Association (WSPA) and the school. Through these functions, this position enhances and strengthens the culture of philanthropy at Webb. The Director of Family Giving will report to the Associate Director of Alumni & Development. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Plan and implement programs to increase Webb Fund support for parents and grandparents of current students as well as parents and grandparents of Webb alumni. Manage a portfolio of donors across these constituent groups to be identified, cultivated, solicited and stewarded each year. Manage all aspects of giving campaigns among these constituents for the Webb Fund. Assist the Alumni and Development team to identify prospects for major gift opportunities. Serve as the primary conduit between the WSPA and the school. Works closely with Webb’s admissions team on educating new families during the enrollment process / Onboarding of new families. Maintain regular communication with Webb families. Assist in maintaining accurate and complete parent database records. Provide internal support to the WSPA for all fundraising and service initiatives. Assist and attend donor- and alumni-related events. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in fundraising, community engagement, and/or sales.

Ability to think and plan strategically and creatively. Ability to communicate effectively with school representatives, parents, families, students, alumni, donors, and representatives from the business community. Manages time effectively and meets deadlines and commitments. Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Additional position information on the school's website .
