Strategic Project Manager

will focus on enhancing and digitalizing our processes, with a major emphasis on the development, launch, and maintenance of Salesforce for the Industrial Team. This role involves analyzing business processes, proposing and implementing improvements, and closely collaborating with global process owners, the IT development team, and key users and stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for scoping and delivering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and reporting to the Steering Committee. Main Tasks

Lead non-customer projects that build, enhance, or modify Industrial Business processes or capabilities. Oversee the development and global rollout of Salesforce to the OE Industrial Team. Collaborate closely with IT resources to develop the Sales Cloud landscape and support the development of Marketing Cloud. Create a roadmap that outlines the timeline and cost for implementing additional features and processes within Salesforce. Represent the interests of key stakeholders, helping define product features and prioritize the product backlog. Define expectations for product delivery and make decisions regarding the release of product features. Conduct training sessions for business users and support continuous improvement based on user feedback. Operate strategically, understanding details, features, functions, and stories within an Agile environment, and align these elements with the organization’s strategy. Access both high-level strategy and granular details for effective decision-making. Represent the Industrial Landscape in the global Salesforce core team. Scale good ideas to align with the overall product vision. Focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and understanding customer needs and market trends. Lead Change Management for process changes and the rollout of new features. Your Profile

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in project management, with a preference for Agile PM experience. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Proficiency in business process modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are preferred. Ability to manage change. We offer
