An ABA company is seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to conduct financial research, create forecasts using data and metrics, and help determine the optimal way to achieve business goals. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to join an accelerated De Novo growth healthcare service provider.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive financial research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.
- Create detailed financial forecasts based on data and metrics.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Partner with outsourced data teams to structure and implement visual operational dashboards and a data warehouse.
- Assist in building the 2H 2024 and 2025 budgets, as well as a 5-year financial model.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and insights.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Prioritize often changing work streams and ad hoc tasks.
- Investigate all parts of operations, ask questions, and develop process improvements with operational leaders.
- Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including Alteryx and Power Query, with the ability to solve problems through large data sets.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
