Role Overview:
The Finance Department plays a pivotal role in delivering financial insights and strategic guidance across various operational sectors, including FP&A, Real Estate, Human Resources, and Innovation. The Senior Financial Analyst is a proactive and analytical individual responsible for developing and evaluating a range of financial models and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital partner within the organization, this role will focus on:
- Collaborating with the FP&A team to prepare and manage specific elements of the corporate budget.
- Updating and enhancing sections of the enterprise financial model to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conducting comprehensive ad-hoc financial analyses and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Reporting on financial performance metrics weekly, quarterly, and annually, along with variance explanations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, ideally within the restaurant or retail sectors.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Exceptional financial modeling capabilities and the ability to derive insights from data to recommend profitability enhancements.
- A strong understanding of financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.
- A proven track record in budget generation, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills paired with sound business judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with various organizational levels.
- The capacity to manage multiple projects collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and a strong desire to drive results and improve processes.
Technical Proficiency:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with Anaplan and Power BI is preferred.

The compensation range for this position is $91,000 to $125,675.00.
