Position Summary
  • Manage month-end closing activities efficiently.
  • Oversee and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate entry of standard journal entries.
  • Handle employee expense reimbursements and analyze travel and entertainment expenditures, including commissions for sales representatives.
  • Determine necessary accruals based on a thorough analysis of monthly expenses and vendor invoices.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and assist with annual audit processes.
  • Contribute to accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as needed.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and mid-year forecasts, along with variance analysis.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in both public and private sectors.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
