Develop strategic campaign recommendations based on suppliers’ business goals and marketing objectives. Oversee the creative process between suppliers and our creative team. Manage agency proposal templates and tagging. Collaborate with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimizations. Provide frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders. Work with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy. Share actionable insights and recommendations to support suppliers’ strategies and drive incremental revenue. Ensure accuracy and delivery in monthly campaign billing. Work cross-functionally to drive strong results for suppliers. Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates. Additional Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with Sales professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluations, revisions, and follow-ups. Maintain relationships, manage day-to-day business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue. Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients. Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and resolve conflicts. Deliver on all role-specific accountability metrics and goals. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to lead day-to-day relationships and collaborate with management and multifunctional teams. Experience in building media plan recommendations. Excellent follow-through and accountability across teams. Detail-oriented project management to strengthen supplier relationships and investments. Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Resourceful in navigating a large company while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player and individual contributor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and collaboration skills. Ability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple ad hoc requests. Comfort in escalating and presenting key issues to management. Tactical and strategic thinking to influence suppliers’ investment in media/advertising. Additional Job Details: Potential for conversion to a full-time employee, requiring proximity to the Hoboken office. Preferred candidates have a background in sponsored search or retail media. The role involves working on digital media campaigns for brands. Hybrid work model with a minimum of one day per week in the office, up to five days if the schedule allows. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
