Looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Provide general support to executives.
Manage calendar for exec team.
Plan meetings and take notes.
Maintain files as necessary.
Book travel and other logistical arrangements.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Good writing skills.
Professional presence.
Must have a High School Diploma.
1+ year administrative experience.
