What's a typical day as a Contracts Administrator? You'll be:
• Responsible for terms and conditions review and analysis.
• Drafting and reviewing contractual documents including Purchase Agreements, Contract Amendments, MOAs, MOUs, NDAs, etc.
• Supporting contract negotiations by reviewing and marking up terms and conditions.
• Coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams to support negotiations.
• Ensuring accuracy and adherence to approved CSA prior to release.
• Supporting contracts team with document management and maintenance.
• Assisting with import/export and registration of aircraft.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Have two (2) or more years of related experience in contract administration or negotiations.
• Have knowledge of commercial contracting requirements.
• Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• Are willing to travel domestically and internationally (5-10%).
• Are a US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or person covered under existing ITAR license).
• Preferred skills: Master's degree, experience in aviation/aerospace, strong business insight, experience with Salesforce.
