Paid Search Specialist, Demand Generation in Phoenix Job Type: Full-Time Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years direct hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Search and keyword management. Direct handling of paid search account optimization, programmatic advertising, and video advertising such as YouTube ads. Hands-on experience with common industry tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Brightedge, Canva, etc. Excellent written and communication skills. Advocate for a data-backed strategy supported by experience using Excel/Google Analytics to gather and analyze data. Confidence and appetite for evolving the status quo and willingness to utilize emerging market tools such as AI. A self-starter who can work successfully on multiple projects in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment, with heavy attention to deadlines. Excellent organizational, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Education: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or the experiential equivalent. Position Summary: COIT Service Inc., a leader in the specialty cleaning and restoration industry, is currently seeking a full-time Paid Search Specialist, Demand Generation. In this role, you will partner with COIT’s digital agencies and franchise system owners to increase demand generation for B2B, B2C, and Restoration Services. This position will architect, implement, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels including paid search, programmatic display, and social media; define goals and objectives for both prospecting and nurture campaigns. Essential Functions: Identify and target new keywords on search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) to enhance ranking. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Support day-to-day administration of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and strategies with the digital agency. Facilitate weekly communication calls with COIT’s digital agency to improve impression share, CTR%, Conversion%, and more. Facilitate monthly performance calls with COIT franchisees, developing strong working relationships with franchise owners, providing training and support to drive their business growth. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing and business objectives. Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive. Drive lead generation through various campaigns and newsletter signup forms. Act as a subject matter expert in SEO and SEM, staying updated on the latest best practices and trends in organic search engine optimization and paid advertising. Analyze website and Google Ads campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, and conducting regular competitive research on top-performing pages and ad creatives. Online listings optimization and management. Responsible for reporting and optimization to drive performance indicators in alignment with marketing team objectives.
