Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Search

Job DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Search will help drive our mission forward and impact the lives of everyday people, helping them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Our Marketing team is looking for someone ready to break the norm of the financial industry and help us build an innovative brand. QualificationsWhat you’ll do:
- Execution: Execute search strategy across advertising platforms like Google and Bing, and possess strong knowledge of the nuances of each platform
- Budget Growth and Management: Proficiency in managing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights to optimize campaigns
- A/B Testing: Planning and executing A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Best Practices: Implement channel best practices and drive data driven optimization across targeting, bidding strategies, creative/ad copy, platform, publishers, landing page, keywords etc.
- Creative: Collaborate with our creative team to provide leadership on creative and content experiences that drive conversions
- Collaborate: Work with other teams in the organization on ways to continue to improve SEM campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ year experience in managing SEM Campaigns, 1+ year in agency environment preferred
- Proficient in understanding of the functionalities and features of major search engine advertising platforms
- Experience running marketing strategy and campaign execution, including experience with bid strategies, audience segmentation targeting, etc.
- Ability to develop and execute effective SEM strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience in launching and optimizing PMax campaigns
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies, results, and recommendations
- Hands on with analysis on channel performance, identify optimization opportunities and use data to inform business decisions
- Proficient with tools - Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Advanced Excel
- Executional comfort on ad-tech areas such as link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, measurement and attribution

Salary Range: $60,000 to $95,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
