About the Opportunity
The Contract Management Administrator supports the Contract Administration Organization with daily activities surrounding the Service Excellence Manager and their teams by providing assistance with a focus on customer service, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.
As Contract Management Administrator, you will:
Set up and manage contracts in ERP system
Opening monthly service jobs for all locations
Move jobs from free to planned to ensure procurement
Follow up on customer purchase order numbers for contracts
Follow up with executed copies of contracts
Support service coordinators in scheduling monthly service jobs
Manage service parts used for service in the ERP system by equipment
Update of leads, opportunities, quotes and orders in CRM
Managing Excel spreadsheets for monthly reporting
About You
Minimum of a two-year degree or two years of relevant experience as listed below
Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail
