Skills and Abilities

  • 4+ years of strategic full cycle recruiting experience in a start-up, agency, and/or large, matrixed organization; proven ability and confidence to navigate any type of recruitment (high volume, niche, corporate, clinical or nonclinical) is key.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and comfort navigating technology changes. Workday experience a strong plus.
