RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Report directly to the Federal Business Development SVP to facilitate corporate year-over-year growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to assist with the identification and pursuit of business opportunities across the federal marketplace.
  • Serve in active role across the business development life cycle (identified, qualified, capture, submit) to win new business.
  • Partner across INADEV organizations (spanning Technical Solutions, Marketing, Delivery Operations, and Talent Acquisition) to facilitate the implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Support solicitation responses (e.g. writing, market research, competitive intelligence).
  • Promote product and service lines by facilitating the development of marketing materials.
  • Build client relations by identifying and forming new client relationships and helping to strengthen existing ones.
  • Functioning as an industry expert, promoting the complete portfolio of Inadev's products and services to our client base that align with their mission objectives.
  • Spearheading consultative selling with clients to identify and provide solutions that match their mission needs.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to key clients.
  • Maintaining an always up-to-date pipeline.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
  • Must be open to working a Hybrid Schedule (2-3 days a week) in Mclean, VA.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related discipline (i.e. marketing, finance, or communications) with 5 years of experience in such fields as Business Development, Sales or Marketing in the Federal Market.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • An ability to work within high performance teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervisory oversight.
  • Complete tasks with a high-degree of quality and within tight time constraints.
  • Functional experience with the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Candidates must have highly effective interpersonal skills in order to carry- out daily interactions with technical leaders and business executives within Inadev, with the customers, and with teammates and subcontractors.
