Experience owning, maintaining, and growing a qualified sales pipeline. Full-lifecycle capture management experience of opportunities within DHS. Proposal management experience. DHS client and partner relationships. Knowledge of current IT trends, platforms, and innovations in the market. Excellent writing skills and creating and delivering presentations. Excellent opportunity research and analysis skills. Demonstrated success in winning contract awards. Desired Qualifications: DHS Experience at priority component agencies - ICE, USCIS, CISA, CBP.
