JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide the highest level of service to every customer. Maintain a cash drawer including taking in/giving out cash and balancing. Accurate and efficient processing of transactions. Receive loan, safe-deposit box and credit card payments. Process cash services. Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds. Identify customer needs through qualifying questions and refer appropriate services, products and digital options. Required for this position: Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
