As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies supporting organizational goals

Advise on employee relations matters (absence, conduct, capability)

Support the creation of a high-performance culture

Identify risks and gaps in employee relation processes

Guide managers through performance management issues

Manage organizational change including TUPE and redundancy

Advise on employee retention and development

Analyze HR MI for business decisions

Support talent identification and management

Design key job roles and succession plans

Determine sourcing strategies for new roles

Manage hiring processes for resource planning

Contribute to annual cycle deliverables for client group

Essential Requirements:

HRBP experience in professional services (Financial services, Legal, Management consultancy)

Insurance industry experience is a benefit

Deep understanding of the employee life cycle

Proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders

Ability to lead projects with authority

Knowledge of HR trends and policy changes

Understanding of regulations including SMCR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office
