Specific duties include testing, psychological evaluation and diagnostic services as well as counseling assigned patient caseload. This position functions under the supervision of a higher level licensed psychologist, but the individual has full professional responsibility for higher actions and advice. **Requisition ID:** 37836BR **Travel Required:** Up to 50% **Major/Essential Functions:** + Under direction of the TCHATT Psychiatrist, provide evidence based psychotherapy. Provide evidence based psychotherapy to TCHATT identified program participants in the region, in person and via telemedicine. Responds to initial assessment inquiry. Meeting at schools to with child and family during Psychiatry appointment; in person and telemedicine + Maintain current information on services available for adolescents and be available to conduct presentations as needed + Demonstrates knowledge of services available and provide information and referral. Employee will provide presentations on the TCHATT Program, referral process and resources + Provides support to triage team for TCHATT program for patient assessments and treatment plan development. Participate in evaluation of assessments as a team to develop an individualized treatment plan for TCHATT Participants + Collaborate with community agencies and providers to ensure access for service in line with Individual Treatment Plans. Maintain positive community relationship to ensure accurate referral access + Obtain all necessary authorization to provide services. 100% of all services will have proper authorization on file + Performs all other related duties, within the scope of practice, on an as needed basis or as required by Supervisor.
