We are currently seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in our Dallas Headquarters.?This position is best suited for a fast paced, hands-on individual who is driven by providing excellent service, collaboration, and coordination to those they work with, internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

This role will be accountable for the following key areas of focus:

  • Scheduling on-site and virtual interviews across all our office locations.
  • Working with Hiring Managers and Administrative Assistants to verify availability for interviews or other Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Collaborating with candidates to book travel ensuring an excellent candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience through prompt action, follow-up, high quality work, and strong communication.
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in applicant tracking system Complex calendar management and scheduling of both internal and external meetings.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition leadership in presentation preparation to include creating PowerPoints, pulling data, and completing trackers, as necessary.
  • Assisting with organization and electronic filing of basic vendor agreements
  • Taking extensive notes in Talent Acquisition meetings for accountability and tracking purposes.
  • Coordinating the shipping of materials to various offices, recruiting events, and ensuring materials are tracked and returned.
  • Willingness to step in and assist in any area of Talent Acquisition operations as requested by Leadership.
Qualifications:

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting coordination, administrative, or project management experience.
  • A proven record of managing multiple complex workflows and projects.
  • Proven success at quickly building relationships, trust, and influence with applicants and clients, including high level leaders, to guide them through the interview and on-boarding process.
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook and MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Record of thinking creatively and maximizing visual documents for presentation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and collaborate when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, project management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced culture
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry is preferred
