The primary responsibility is to provide a professional and courteous response to the issues of customers/stakeholders. Responsibilities Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming requests for assistance from customers/stakeholders via telephone, voice mail, e-mail, online, fax, and in-person. Interviews customers/stakeholders using scripted and unscripted questions to collect information and guides callers through diagnostic procedures to resolve inquiries. Provides general and detailed explanations/information in clear, easy-to-understand language to customers/stakeholders. Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine customer inquiries.
