PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES Managing and reviewing work of Staff Accountant(s), if applicable Maintaining daily task lists for your team and communicating status in weekly meetings Supervising and owning the monthly close process Preparing standard and/or nonstandard journal entries as appropriate Maintaining and providing monthly close checklist(s) to the client(s) Reconciling/analyzing of general ledger accounts Preparing and reviewing monthly financial packages at a detail level Assisting with cash flow forecasting, if necessary Assisting with budgeting/pro formas, if necessary Preparing property tax returns, business licenses, and annual reports Preparing audit and tax packages including any coordination and management of follow-up requests Assisting with research of accounting guidance as necessary Other tasks assigned by the Controllers or CFO QUALIFICATION | SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Accounting Required 3-5 years previous experience as a Staff or Senior Accountant is required High attention to detail, problem solver & intellectually curious Experience using Intacct, Great Plains, QuickBooks Online, preferred Proficient with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Products & general comfort with technology HIGHLIGHT OF LBMC'S BENEFITS | PERKS Employee development, training, and coaching programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
