Key Responsibilities

  • Revise financial models and perform specialized financial analysis for FP&A to support divisional, regional, and community teams.
  • Analyze and contribute to the development of significant insights on business drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities utilizing both internal and external data.
  • Assist divisional, regional, and community teams during forecasting, annual budgeting, and rate adjustment processes.
  • Facilitate the preparation and execution of month-end reports through data extraction, compilation, and analysis.
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports and summaries by collaborating with various departments for data validation.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from management and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct special projects and analyses as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2+ years of finance/accounting experience is required (CPA or PeopleSoft proficiency is a plus).

Management/Decision Making
Utilize limited independent judgment based on established precedents and guidelines. Address problems following standard procedures and know when to escalate issues to superiors.

Knowledge and Skills
Possess a foundational understanding of analytical skills. Have general knowledge of the work environment and processes, as well as the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with extensive experience in Excel spreadsheets. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with effective organizational and time management abilities, are essential.
