Key Responsibilities

  • Revise financial models and perform specialized analyses for FP&A to support divisional, regional, and community initiatives.
  • Analyze and contribute to the development of insightful reports on business dynamics, trends, and potential risks/opportunities utilizing both internal and external data.
  • Assist teams during forecasting, annual budgeting, and rate adjustment processes.
  • Facilitate the preparation and execution of month-end financial reports through data extraction, compilation, and analysis.
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports and summaries by collaborating with various departments for data verification.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from management and other stakeholders.
  • Execute special projects and analyses as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting is required (CPA or PeopleSoft proficiency is advantageous).

Management/Decision Making
Utilize limited independent judgment based on established guidelines and precedents. Resolve issues following standard procedures and know when to escalate matters to superiors.

Knowledge and Skills
Possess a foundational understanding of analytical skills and general knowledge of workplace processes and the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with extensive experience in Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities, are essential.
