We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Support Administrator to join our dynamic HR team for a 6-month project (minimum). In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, providing essential administrative support to HR functions, and ensuring the smooth execution of various HR processes throughout the duration of the project.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the HR team.
salary: $20 - $20.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Not limited to but may include:
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documents, conducting orientation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with job postings.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Answer HR-related queries from employees, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare HR reports and documents as needed, including attendance, leave balances, and other HR metrics.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking and reporting on employee performance reviews.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related communications.
