You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Perform weekly payroll activities including timecard verification for hourly teams.Complete and submit retroactive adjustments and deductions for payroll processing.Manage hourly employee attendance and maintain accurate records.Assist with annual open enrollment activities and support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.Support various HR initiatives, community outreach programs, and special projects as assigned.Assist hourly associates with inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and compensation.Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. About You:You'll fit right in if you have:Must be fluent in Spanish. Union/Labor relations preferred, but not required; Manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to work with confidential information.Ability to multi-task and possess strong attention to detail.Ability to problem solve, strong organizational and time management skills.
