The HR Source is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's HR strategy and providing expert guidance to our leadership team.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Your expertise will help us drive business results through effective HR practices and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Design and administer competitive benefits packages that support employee well-being and attract top candidates.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business plan.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees at all levels, focusing on areas such as leadership, communication, and soft skills.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, minimizing risk exposure for the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role or capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR plans that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and employees alike.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
