Responsibilities: Security:

Ensure all operational systems are secure, implementing best practices and maintaining compliance with relevant industry regulations System Management and Maintenance:

Monitor, maintain, and optimize all current and future operational systems to ensure consistent performance and availability Infrastructure Development:

Design and implement new system infrastructure to support the growth and evolution of the company Troubleshooting:

Act as a primary point of contact for system outages or issues, providing swift resolution and root cause analysis Automation and Efficiency:

Identify opportunities for automation within operational processes and implement relevant solutions Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, topologies, processes, and service records Capacity Planning : Monitor system performance, anticipate potential problems, and plan capacity expansion as needed Employee Support : Assist with onboarding and provide support where needed for employees Requirements Microsoft Azure Microsoft Intune (device management) Microsoft 365 system - focus on security policies and configurations Network security Excellent communicator, both oral and written Strong problem-solving and communication skills Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues Able to multitask efficiently under time pressure Able to work with cutting-edge technology and assimilate information rapidly Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field preferred Ability to come to our Clifton, NJ office up to 3x per week as needed NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. In 1 month, you will: Learn the current state of ClassLink's IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, and network configurations. Assisting with security and compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Develop an understanding of ClassLink’s core values: Strive to Grow, Deliver Worthwhile Experiences, and Contribute with Heart, and how these are integrated into the IT operations. In 3 months, you will: Learn the specific workflows and processes for onboarding/offboarding employees, including system provisioning and access management. Develop basic improvements and efficiencies in data management and employee IT support processes. Continue to build relationships with team members across departments, understanding their IT needs and how you can support them. In 6 months, you will: Learn and implement advanced security measures and compliance requirements relevant to ClassLink’s operations. Develop more significant, impactful projects focused on automation and efficiency in IT processes. In 12 months, you will: Learn the intricate details of strategic IT planning in alignment with ClassLink’s mission and future goals. Develop leadership skills, potentially leading projects or mentoring junior team members. Continue to refine and optimize IT operations, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
