POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for answering frontline support emails and phone calls, identifying and troubleshooting end-user problems, and providing effective solutions to our user community. The PSC will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy solving technical problems, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is technically resourceful curious and inquisitive by nature and a skilled multitasker; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Customer-facing support experience via phone is preferred.
  • 1-3 years related product support experience and/or training preferred.
