Position Summary

The Production Operations Coordinator will be responsible for various production tasks, including fulfilling work orders, managing sales orders, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with stockroom organization. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in documenting and enhancing internal operational processes using our procedure management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and flow of stockroom operations
  • Execute work order picking and fulfill storeroom requests
  • Participate in cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Utilize NetSuite (ERP system) for inventory transactions
  • Assist with receiving processes as needed
  • Collaborate with the materials procurement team
  • Create and modify operational procedure documentation

Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production operations setting
  • Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Able to collaborate within a team environment with diverse perspectives
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/2015 quality standards
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
  • Background in manufacturing scientific instruments is beneficial
