In this role the Customer Success Manager will be supporting the customer as well as the outside sales team. In this role the CSM must present a positive, professional, and friendly face to our customers, vendors, and employees as well as become a trusted member of the organization.
Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Must have strong skills with MS Office Products, be highly computer literate, and have a good phone presence. Must have strong communication and team working skills as well as the ability to take initiative and operate on their own in a fast paced, independent, and flexible way. Attention to detail and proofreading work is a must.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Provide sales quotes, sole source letters, brochures, etc. to reps and customers
Follow up on quotes with potential customers
CRM Management
Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Support the sales team with post-sale follow up communications
Provide the sales team assistance with getting appointments scheduled
Service Project Support
Manage multiple crews remotely for various projects
Train new crews in-person and remotely
Manage all service items and ensure everything is ordered/arrived for start time of project
Review upcoming service project files and meet with city contacts prior to project starting to get scope of project and report back to crews
Create/Manage interactive maps for crews
Main contact for service customers (report out progress daily/weekly/monthly)
Manage travel logistics for crews (hotels, flights, fleet vehicles, parking, etc.)
Create deliverables (PowerPoints, Excel sheets, dashboards, etc.) once project is completed
Post service recap presentation with the city contacts
Customer Service:
Main POC for virtual customer training
Establish/Maintain customer relationships
