  • Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
Job-Specific Expectations
  • Purchase a minimum of 15 vehicles per month.
  • Process all required documentation to purchase a vehicle.
  • Add purchased units into the store's inventory using DMS.
  • Make outbound calls, text messages and emails to generate appointments, appraisals, and purchases.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Set 40 appointments, purchase a minimum of 15 vehicles.
  • Utilize CRM for communication with customers as required.
  • Train, encourage and coach new Acquisition Team Members.
  • Develop relationships with guest and lead them through the acquisition process.
  • Follow up with customers after the acquisition process.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
  • Maintains professional appearance in accordance with employee handbook.
  • Maintain and Average Response Time of 10 minutes or less.
  • Complete an average of 75 Outbound Activities (calls, texts, emails) per day.
  • Log every activity in CRM with supporting notes.
  • Follow all Documented Niello Buy Center and Appraisal Processes
  • Attend all Required Meetings
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range by Position:

The expected pay for this position is $2,774.00 to $9,000.00 per month and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
