Role Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will engage in activities related to the recruitment of primary or specialty care physicians, acting as a representative for Sutter Health and its affiliated medical groups. This position involves managing the sourcing, evaluation, and interviewing processes for designated specialties and geographic areas. The recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment cycle from initiation to conclusion, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal standards.

Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Fundamental understanding of human resource principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient in computer and data management tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced MS Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and active listening.
  • Able to handle confidential information discreetly, including sensitive salary data.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing projects and time effectively.
