- Maintenance Strategy: Utilize maintenance records and data to develop preventative and predictive maintenance plans that enhance machine reliability and performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and apply waste reduction methodologies to decrease costs and improve quality.
- Controls Engineering: Apply your knowledge of controls engineering to oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software solutions that enhance manufacturing systems.
- Ergonomic Awareness: Apply ergonomic principles to minimize risk and ensure that the workplace is conducive to employee well-being.
- Manufacturing Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and be willing to implement changes that drive continuous improvement.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Basic level of relevant work experience required.
- Requires relevant college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Maintain production equipment.
- Assist with facilities repairs.
- Coordinate projects and contractors.
- This role is 100% onsite.
