Essential Functions:

- Assists in dispatching Service Technicians according to the schedule
- Assists in sending changes to the schedule to the techs as they happen. Keep changes updated in Tech Tool or Sage Dispatch
- Assists in confirming Time and Work Summary Entry Complete for all Techs from Previous Day.
- Report to Service Manager any Technician Deficiencies for remedy
- Makes follow-up calls to customer to ensure satisfaction from the previous days jobs
- Assists in staking and racking jobs for the next day
- Assists in ordering service repair parts and coordinate pick up with technicians
- Assists in scheduling the following week of work and communicate to the techs every Friday
- Previous Week PM Schedule Missed PMs Communicate to Director and plan to resolve
- Calls PM customers for schedule confirmation
- Review PTO Schedule against on call schedule for overlaps.
- Ensure no more than one tech on PTO at any given time the following month
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues.
- Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years experience in customer service/dispatch
Preferred Education and Experience:
- HVAC industry experience
- Understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems
