It requires independent and self-directed performance. The primary function is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new infusion patients to CVS Specialty and Coram. This position requires a working knowledge of insurance, health care, processing of new referrals, providing customer education, and routine assessment and problem identification.Challenge your healthcare training or current administration knowledge and customer services skills to make a difference in a patient’s life by supporting new patient referrals and admissions. Required Qualifications • Minimum two years experience in customer service and/or healthcare environment• Minimum two years healthcare insurance coverage/benefit experience • Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred Qualifications • Preferred experience working with healthcare insurance and medical terminology • Preferred Certified Pharmacy technician EducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is requiredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
