Our client is a Company that has combined multiple offerings across Pharmaceutical Benefits, Healthcare Benefits, Stop Loss and Accident and Health insurance coverages. They are also growing in the Property and Casualty insurance arena. We are looking for a Leader to run their entire sales organization across all disciplines. This would essentially be a Chief Sales Officer for the organization. Anyone interested in this role would have strong experience in training and developing a sales team that has exceeded expectations. Experience in putting together and building out a training program for sales people would also be helpful. Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales arena would be very beneficial. Experience in the other lines of business is preferred, but not required. **Responsibilities:**

* Leader of growing sales staff, lead sales effort, training and development, KPI's metrics for team, managing, motivating the team.

* Work and collaborate with the team to grow our client's branded products and solutions.

* Create metrics for accountability and buy in from all members of the team.

* Create models for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and review of the sales teams efforts.

**Requirements:**

* 7+ years of leading or managing a team of productive senior sales professionals.

* Experience in the Medical, Pharmaceutical or Benefit arena is required

* Experience creating and managing successful KPI Metrics across a sales organization
