EMA candidates must detail, in their resume, examples of their expertise and experience in any or all the following Emergency Management and

specifically

Continuity of Operations (COOP) areas. Develop and maintain an Emergency Management Essential Records Plan to include a COOP Essential Records Packet in appropriate repositories in support of programs. This includes creating, maintaining, updating, and ensuring proper filing of inventory and record change logs, and preparing required reports. Examples of these documents are Call Down lists, COOP Plans, Activation Plans, Orders of Succession, TT&E and Delegations of Authority. Develop and maintain planning, response, policy and procedural documents and templates such as the agency COOP Plan, Component COOP Plan Template, Regional Office COOP Plan Template, Occupant Emergency (OE) Plan, Communication Plan, Response Plan, Evaluation Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Go/No Go Checklists; Execute COOP and Emergency Response functions to include, but not limited to, document preparation, scheduling, record keeping, recording minutes, after action and executive reports, preparing presentations, memorandums, and briefing packages, information research and archival, and project coordination. Security Clearance Requirements

Emergency Management Analysts candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and be capable of qualifying for a Top Secret security clearance. Hours of Support The candidate will be assigned a shift Monday through Friday during the client’s core hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm for first position or 9:30am to 6:00pm for second position (except Federal holidays) to support daily operations.
