Pay: $18/hr

1st Shift Hours: 7:45 am - 4:45 pm, Monday-Friday

The candidate selected as our newest Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone and electronically, related to the power tool industry. This role will involve assisting new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, locating dealers, processing orders, providing troubleshooting tips, helping diagnose technical issues, and assisting with repair requests.

Qualifications:

High School diploma At least one year of Experience in a customer service role Strong computer, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills Prior experience in tool/rental repair, using power tools, and using multiple computer systems and multiple monitors
