Key Responsibilities · Be an expert on the North American healthcare market, RLDatix's product suite, and competitive landscape: o Conduct market research, capture market insights, understand market segmentation and buyer personas, and define target audiences. o Conduct competitive analysis to understand trends, curate competitive intel, develop and share key insights, define differentiators, and adjust positioning and messaging where required. · Understand RLDatix customers and their needs, pain points, and how to speak to them. Gather their feedback through calls, emails, NPS/KLAS reports, surveys, and other channels. Work closely with the Product team to align product offerings with customer needs and competitive differentiators. Collaborate with customer success to develop and maintain reference customers across all solution areas and market segments. · Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute comprehensive market assessments, conduct business analysis, develop go-to-market plans, craft persuasive materials, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) focused campaigns aimed at building awareness and engagement. - Create an annual marketing plan and budget, aligned with AOP sales targets, and oversee its execution and performance. - GTM - Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product offerings aligned with key market segments: · Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for all solutions within the RLDatix Governance pillar, ensuring consistent and differentiated messages that map to buyer needs, personas, and influencers along the customer journey. · Develop engagement and adoption strategies and tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption, measured by MQL, MOP and MOB. · Support the development and delivery of webinars / speaking engagements that evangelize our products and offerings across our target markets. · Build compelling content (whitepapers, materials, videos, blogs, case studies, etc.) to communicate our differentiators, as well as other materials to support sales enablement efforts. · Product launch - Introduce new products to market by leading the end-to-end product launch playbook, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and other functional teams to refine strategies and tactics, obtain early customer validation, accelerate adoption, and deliver customer success, as measured by reference customers, pipeline growth and NPS (Net Promoter Score) scores. · Sales enablement - Develop materials that enable our sales and leadership teams to communicate value across buyer personas, including pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, RFP responses, etc. Experience, Knowledge and competencies that you will need: · A degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field · 9+ years of product marketing experience in a healthcare tech company · Background in SaaS based healthcare applications and technologies · Strong analytical skills and business acumen supported by a health, business, or technical college / university level degree · Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into market facing materials · Demonstrable strategic experience positioning and launching differentiated healthcare B2B software that meets / exceeds business expectations · Experience leading marketing growth strategies for specific products / portfolios · Expert understanding of how software products are positioned, promoted, and sold · Willingness to travel as required Why would you like to work with RLDatix?
