We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Covered Bridge Health Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Oversee the sales team to achieve revenue and census goals, and ensure effective sales processes are in place.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion for both Health Center and Senior Living.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans that support business objectives, using sales data to drive decision-making.
- Build Relationships and Partnerships: Foster relationships with local clinical and non-clinical referral partners to develop and convert leads.
- Manage the Sales and Marketing Budget: Oversee the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with the Executive Director and other teams to develop and maintain an effective internal referral program and ensure the campus is staged and marketable.
- Education**: Associate Degree
- Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
- Licenses and Certifications**: None required
- Physical Requirements**: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
